1. What is CoCoDoo?
CoCoDoo is our school café counter offering a variety of fresh, nutritious snacks and meals during school hours and at all school events. Our goal is to provide students with convenient, healthy food options.
2. Where is CoCoDoo located?
CoCoDoo is located within the school premises, easily accessible to all students during school hours and at school events.
3. What types of food does CoCoDoo offer?
CoCoDoo offers a range of snacks and limited meals that are carefully curated to balance taste and nutrition. Our menu includes items such as sandwiches, salads, fruit cups, and healthy beverages.
4. How can students make purchases at CoCoDoo?
Purchases at CoCoDoo are cashless and can be made using an online wallet. Each student will receive a CoCoDoo card, which will be used for transactions.
5. How do I set up and manage the online wallet?
Login credentials for the online wallet will be provided to parents. Using these credentials, you can set up and manage the wallet online, view transaction history, and track your child’s purchases. You can also top up the wallet and order products through our shop link: Click Here.
6. What if my child still has balance on last year’s sCoolMeal card?
Balances from last year's sCoolMeal card will be carried over and can be used for transactions at CoCoDoo.
7. How will I know what my child is purchasing?
For each transaction made at CoCoDoo, a receipt will be generated and available for you to view through the online wallet.
8. When will my child receive their CoCoDoo card?
CoCoDoo cards will be distributed shortly and will either be sent home with your child or handed out during Parent-Teacher meetings.
9. What happens if my child forgets their CoCoDoo card?
Until all students receive their CoCoDoo cards, transactions will be processed by identifying the child by their name and class.
10. How long is the online wallet balance valid?
The balance in the online wallet remains valid as long as your child is enrolled at the school. Unused balances will roll over from one academic year to the next.
11. What measures are taken to ensure the quality of food at CoCoDoo?
At CoCoDoo, we prioritize the quality and safety of the food we serve. All snacks and meals are prepared fresh daily using high-quality ingredients. We adhere to strict hygiene standards to ensure the food is safe and healthy for your child.
12. Can my child bring cash to the counter?
Cash transactions are strictly not allowed by students, unless permitted specifically by the school.
13. How do I add funds to the online wallet?
Parents can easily add funds to the online wallet through online payment. Please visit the Top-Up Page to top up your eWallet.
