Delivery Method

https://cocodoo.in/ is a food ordering platform, and Partnered school canteens prepare and deliver the food directly to students within the school premises.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders placed before 8:00 PM will be delivered the next working day. Product will be delivered within a minimum of 0 days and a maximum of 7 working days.

• Lunch Orders: Orders placed before 8:00 PM on a school day will be delivered for lunchtime the next working day.
• Breakfast Orders: Breakfast meals are prepared and served separately in the morning according to the canteen's specific schedule. 

Please note:

• This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the canteen's workload and location within the school.
• We recommend placing your orders in advance, especially for breakfast meals, to ensure availability during the designated serving time.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances causing delays, we will do our best to notify you promptly.

Undelivered Orders

If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@cocodoo.in. We will investigate the issue and work with the partnered canteen to resolve it as quickly as possible. You may be eligible for a full refund or other compensation as outlined in our Refund Policy.
